Day 3: (Monday 21/03/05) Using Top Forks Hut as a base, we headed of for a day trip up to the lakes to the north. One has to cross the South Branch of the Wilkin first, then head up a fairly steep track to Lake Diana. Don't miss the much prettier smaller unnamed and unmapped first lake though. We then went right to see Lake Castalia first.
