The weather improved somewhat in the afternoon enough to see a few surrounding hills. Overall, we didn't mind sitting it out in this little hut feeding the fire, cooking, resting, reading and talking. Nibbles (while the food was being prepared) included Mosham's "chilli and garlic peas", which were appreciated.
For those interested, dinner was a Soup entrée (?Oxtail) with the main of home Greensea Tuna (500gm sachet) in a Maggi Parsley sauce and dried veges over (generic) Pasta spirals. Dessert was custard over a variety of dried NZ fruit.
