We caught the early boat, which was good as there were certainly plenty of sandflies to live up to the name, although there are a few hundred less, being those brash enough to try to sample my blood! | |||

That evening we boarded the "Milford Wanderer" for a cruise of Milford Sound, a good meal and a sleep, but most importantly, a hot shower! Day 5: (Friday 18/03/05) We caught the bus back to Te Anau and some went on to Queenstown to re-supply for the Wilkin Tramp on the Saturday. | |||
